Besides Mission Waco’s role, you will hear briefly from the Mayor, Chambers of Commerce, all three colleges, churches, businesses and ministries how Waco is diligently partnering for the poor and marginalized of the community. Tables of ten are available now at $350 for churches/non-profits; $500-$750 for corporations; $1000-$4000 for underwriters. Caring Cup Classic - 4 Person Scramble
On Thursday, Sept. 11, 2008, (Rain Date - Sept. 16) 1:00 pm,
at Cottonwood Creek Golf Course, Mission Waco will hold its 12th annual Caring Cup Classic. The four-person golf scramble
includes 1st place prizes for men’s and women’s divisions, closest to the pin and others. The popular 3-Hole Pastor
Shootout will be held at 11:30 am. This year, Mission Waco’s “Caring Cup” will host an awards dinner after the scramble. Be sure you have your calendar blocked for September 2009. And it’s a great way to support Mission Waco programs.
